Pre-Covid, one of my favorite activities was taking my daughter to my local library where the wonderful Miss Jane started each Story Time by singing "The More We Get Together." With my college education, I quickly mastered it, and sang it to my daughter nonstop.
So when an old friend from Indiana University called to ask if I'd do an overdub for commercial and it turned out to be that song... and the commercial itself was so insanely sweet... it pretty much hit me in the heart.
I cannot wait to get together. I can't wait for my amazing daughter to make more friends at the library, and to go to band class. I miss y'all!
